In the Artist’s Words
Young generations are growing up with technology instead of the toys we once cherished.
When I made “Deleted Childhood”, I thought about how young generations are growing up with technology instead of the toys we once cherished. I included a plush bunny sitting in an empty bedroom to symbolize the abandonment of a simpler and more innocent time. My goal was to evoke a feeling of nostalgia in an attempt to revive this fleeting childhood experience.
