Festival Guest Guide
Everything you need to know to make the most of your Festival experience.
FILM RESERVATIONS
Passholders should reserve film selections in advance through their Festival account to ensure a seat. All reservations are linked to your Festival badge.
Passholders: Once you’ve reserved your films, simply show your badge at the theater entrance.

Individual ticket holders should have their ticket ready for entry.
ARRIVE EARLY
Please arrive and be seated in the theater at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.
After that time, any remaining seats may be released to guests waiting in the Rush Line.
SOLD OUT? TRY THE RUSH LINE
Don’t give up on a sold-out screening. Join the Rush Line and any available seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis after reserved guests have been seated. Join the list→
BOX OFFICE & FESTIVAL HELP
Need help reserving a film, changing your schedule or navigating the Festival? Visit the Festival Box Office located in the AMC14 lobby during operating hours and our team will be happy to assist you.
LOST YOUR BADGE?
Visit the Festival Box Office located in the AMC14 lobby as soon as possible. Your previous badge will be disabled and a replacement badge can be issued.

The San Diego International Film Festival is produced by the San Diego Film Foundation, a 501(c)(3) educational nonprofit. We believe film can make a difference.
Screenings & Schedule
Screenings are subject to change without notice. Festival programming may include unrated content. Viewer discretion is advised.
Refunds & Festival Privileges
NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN. Ticket and privileges may be revoked at any time for any reason without liability to San Diego Film Foundation.
Liability
Ticket holder releases and holds harmless San Diego Film Foundation, together with its parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, successors, licensees and assigns, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any claims resulting from attendance.
Consent to be Photographed/Filmed
By attending the Festival, you are giving the San Diego International Film Festival your consent to videotape, record or telecast your picture, likeness, voice and statements for any and all promotional and/or commercial purposes.
