Announcing Hammond Climate Solutions Foundation Partnership!

The San Diego International Film Festival is proud to announce an exciting new partnership with Hammond Climate Solutions Foundation to launch the inaugural Climate Film Track at the 24th Annual Film Festival this October.

According to Tara Hammond, Founder & Executive Director of Hammond Climate Solutions Foundation, “The Climate Film Track will showcase films that inspire action on climate change, providing a platform for meaningful engagement and contributing to the conversation around enacting real solutions.”

Empowering Young Artists: The 2nd Annual FOCUS on Impact Student Art Competition

The 2nd Annual FOCUS on Impact Student Art Competition & Exhibit challenges students to create artwork designed to raise awareness of social impact issues such as inclusion, equality, cultural identity, climate change, pollution (ocean, land, thermal, plastic, soil), autism, immigration and refugee issues. San Diego Unified middle and high school students have been selected for this year’s competition. This program will showcase the innovative and analytical abilities students who are pursuing visual arts education.
