
Executive Chef Gavin Mills
Chef Gavin Mills has always enjoyed the kitchen from being a young child in the kitchen with his parent to going to culinary school to further his passion. After graduating from culinary school Chef Gavin continued his training in some of the top Michelin restaurants in London. After studying under top chefs, Chef Gavin knew he wanted to come to America to continue his culinary education. Moving to New York helped shape what is Chef Gavin’s style of cooking today with all the fresh markets much as what he had in Britain, Chef Gavin knew he wanted to allow guests to experience the best dining experience by sourcing ingredients locally. Chef Gavin has worked at many fine restaurants including 3 Michelin star Chiz Nico and 1 Michelin star No. 1 Lambord St. He has also made many media appearances on Food Network as a Chopped Champion.
